During our Xmas stay, there wasn’t any warm atmosphere or Xmas decorations to add to the holiday cheer. The beds were not comfortable and we struggled to sleep.

The location of the property was convenient for exploring the city and the surrounding area. The buffet breakfast served at the property is a feast on its own and definitely a must try. The property is also walking distance to several restaurants, cafés, and shops which is an added advantage.

The rooms were not cleaned properly and had a terrible smell which was overwhelming. The staff was not very helpful and did not assist us with any information regarding the city or how to get around.
